Kindergarten Knight Poem by Kevin Seales

Kindergarten Knight

I've written a lot of rhymes
But thats no secret to you
I've even run out of breath sometimes
From all the things that I do

Making words sound the same
It gives me so much pleasure
Maybe some day you'll remember my name
And that would be an awesome treasure

So when I'm off and running to hollywood
To become a big big star
There are things that I wont do, and things that I should
But I wont forget who you are

It's been such a pleasure working with you
I've really enjoyed my stay
The sparkles, the glitter, the paper, the glue
There's not much more I can say

So please remember the times we've shared
I'm not just your average charmer
I'm leaving the people who truly cared
But I'll still be your knight in shinning armor
