Konfession Poem by Imthiyaz Khan

Konfession

I was born in a family of farming
I used to get up early in the morning
I took to walking under the sun of scorching
Thus I made my way to Government School
I was more interested in Mathematical rule
Hence did I make it my bread-winning tool
I developed my passion to teach
The niche seemed the farthest to reach
I paved the path of success
Without showing interest in dresses
I led a simple and austere life
And established my own trait
Raised was I into an educational conglomerate
Hypocrisy was the only means to commemorate
Made people believe I was virtuous
When I alone knew I was vicious!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I was belittled by my employer. I was very angry with how he treated me and looked down upon. I wanted to show how good I am at English Language(It not my Native Language) . Hence is this product.
