AAP has trounced the foe,
And won a victory clear;
But real foe is corruption;
’Tis tough to fight it, dear.

The party has made its debut;
Congrats to all cadres;
Others will parties own review;
Was it a fault of purse?

The party has to stay on course,
And stand by principles;
Corruption is its main issue,
And increase disciples.

Others want it soon defiled;
Most parties are corrupt;
And elections are maths magic;
Who cares if you’re honest?

But politics is corruption;
And time will prove this fact;
Money can buy power fast;
And ink unholy pact.

Time decides if truth triumphs;
’Tis easy to criticize;
The road is long and weary too;
The party must be wise.

But corruption is tough to deal;
You may just lessen it;
The monster will not die at all!
It will live on and hit.

The AAP has made good start;
It has to spread its wings;
It has to fly higher, keep heart;
And accept what life brings.

The fight against corruption’s on;
India needs resurgence;
The common man is terribly hit;
Parties need repentance.
