Last Call

Rating: 5.0

Last call

It carries full article
On life of departed soul
Who is heavenly abode?
And people have finally bade

“The flower has gone”
“Only fragrance remains”
We shall miss you forever
We have lost great man cover

Such sentences bring grief
For family members with relief
They take heavy breathe
Over the member’s death

The shock is severe
If man was younger in age
The members had large expectation
But it faced in abrupt end of relation

We know the reality
Yet face it as cruelty
The death is not taken lightly
But alas! Death is not understood properly

Hmmm...very thought provoking write. I've given this topic many thoughts over the years and have come to the conclusion that death is but a new beginning. Nicely written poem!
