What do you think this poem is about?

Last Love

I get up in the morning with a smile on my face
The day stands all bright, still my dream I could trace
Every beat of my heart, reiterates my dream
Yes! I love you, though I speak, I wish I could scream.

Scream aloud and tell the world
Look! There she is! The love of my life!
The only person who deserves my love
The only person who deserves to be my wife

It seems to me as if, I’m actually in love for the first time
Every breath seems to be new and every beat of my heart sublime
I know what I feel and I know it’s absolutely true
Yes! It’s my first love and Yes! It’s my last love too.

My eyes have lost all senses
You stand in front and I just can’t blink
My mind has lost all senses
The heart feels but the mind just can’t think

Now why do I wish, to live a life so long
You are a part of my every happiness, in my every moment you belong
It’s not just me, all the world can guess it through
That yes! It’s my first love and Yes! It’s my last love too.

You are the basis of my life
As the blood flowing in my veins
In my every breath you reside
On my every thought you rein

People walked away from me but I want you to stand
They all left me alone, I wish you could hold my hand
Prove them wrong, all who said that you are untrue
Just becoz, it’s my first love and just becoz it’s my last love too.

    superbly written poem
hope and pray that your 'last love'
will always at least remain your
    'true good friend'
    never mind Sumeet
    what to do......
remember that not always what we think
    and want, happens like that,
we have to succumb to God's holy will.
    a tenner from me
