its not my fault that i am depressed,
its not my fault that all my feelings are suppressed,
but it is my fault that my life turned out this way,
it is my fault that at a young age i let myself be led astray,
its not my fault that i am ill,
but i blame myself still,
it is my fault that i smoke,
it will be my fault again when i choke,
i always worry that im going to die,
deep down inside everyday i cry,
some days i dont even want to try,
these emotional bruises are too thick,
the more i worry the more i am sick,
so i need to not worryying and crying,
and start smiling and laughing,
they are the true medicine.
