Laughter The Best Medicine

When you're sad or when you're sick
Don't just cry but try this trick
Laugh and laugh it's good for all
Laugh that does your problem solve

Laugh and laugh till it makes you cry
With mouth wide open and head held high
Then you may start feeling good
Slowly and slowly it improves your mood

So remember whenever you may
Lay in deep sorrow or dismay
This is my message to worried citizens
Laugh because that's your best medicine

Poem of the Day

poet Sir Walter Scott

The moon's on the lake, and the mist's on the brae,
And the Clan has a name that is nameless by day;
Then gather, gather, gather Grigalach!
Gather, gather, gather Grigalach!
