Leaf Mystery

The faeries and the elves
Were following me down the street

I could hear the pitter patter
Of their tiny little feet

But when I turned to look at them
It was simply just a leaf

A leaf it was that I just heard
Dancing in the winds

Such a grand disguise
For my fairy elfin friends

    You cannot see them unless they let you. And they seldom ever do invite you in.
    So the next time the leaves rustle in the wind say boo! and pretend you can see
    them there and then. (Report) Reply

The month of carnival of all the year,
When Nature lets the wild earth go its way,
And spend whole seasons on a single day.
The spring-time holds her white and purple dear;
