Learn Her Moods Poem by JAMES T. ADAIR

Learn Her Moods

Learn Her Moods
She's happy today
And good thing too
Better she be happy
Than mad at you

Because when she's happy
the skies are bright and blue
and when she's down
she'll take you down too

Better scratch her back a little
If she complains of an itch
Because you know sometimes
She can be such a bitch

And if she'd happy today
Rather than sad
It's like a vacation for you
Thank Heaven and be glad

If you come in the room
and she's holding a broom
Stay a few feet away
and ask about her day

Now if she's holding a whisk
and has a look of biiss
rush right to her side
and give her a kiss

The signs of danger
Are stark and hard to miss
For the knowing man
Who wants to live in bliss
