Learning A Pleasure Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Learning A Pleasure

Rating: 5.0

My teacher
You explain
What I know not
And I learn.

What's in the books
Is hard to understand
I solely depend on
Your interpretation.

Learned you are
Your deep understanding
Lets me grasp
The intricate matter.

I know you hold
A great responsibility
To lead me on
To study on my own.

Myself in due course
Hope to take a step
To be a teacher and
Make learning a pleasure.

Learning is a hard task, but quite pleasurable at the same time! Some have an insatiable thirst for knowledge! They will be students for ever! One should keep learning more and more as knowledge cannot be exhausted! I am proud to be a teacher and am sure, you too!

Worthy poem. I had some good teachers and some bad ones. I have tried to teach through some of my poetry. TFS

Very great desire of becoming a teacher one day after learning the art of self study from the teacher. Learning is a pleasure and it is gospel truth. One starts learning from birth and the process continues till the end, though one may like and accept it or not. Great poem. Appreciate the message given in it. Thanks for sharing.10 points. Regards.
