Learning From Past Mistakes Poem by neha sharma

Learning From Past Mistakes

Just be a go-getter,
Make rough weather better.
Don’t repeat mistakes you have done,
You get shelter after burning in sun.
You can’t cross the river standing at the bank,
You have to work to get high rank.
Crying is not the solution,
But a mere satisfaction.
Instead learn from your past mistakes and smile,
And then you will cross numerous miles.
Make best use of the given chance,
Examine the situation and don’t take a glance.
Your boat loses its sail,
The day you quit, you fail.
You will regret in future,
If you be a lethargic creature.
You can enjoy your life but tomorrow,
If you work today, you will have no sorrow.
Time and Tide wait for none,
Don’t take your life as fun.
