Leave Me Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Leave Me

"Don't write me,
Leave me forever, "
The dark skeleton
Says this to the great writer,
Then the writer asks him the reason,
The skeleton replies,
"See me,
I am obscene, "
The eminent writer smiles
And calmly says to the black skeleton,
"But I see immense beauty
In your inner self,
That's the most important thing,
So I will definitely immortalise you
With my glorious ink."

Inner beauty supersedes outer beauty! Great thought, Anjandev!
