feeling alone,
feeling afraid,
you can go out,
do not be ashamed,
do not allow yourself to be blamed,

whatever did happen is now in the past,
look how you survived,
look how you did last,

I know it has not gone for good,
like others said it would,

I know that it should be all behind,
especially when others are gentle and kind,
but forever it walks with you in your mind,

try to move on,
try to be strong,
remember it was not you who was wrong,

look to the future not into the past,
life itself passes way to fast
