Leaving Poem by Louie Thompson

The world is spinning
and I can't make it stop.
The only things I get,
are the things I just don't want.

I can't take this,
not anymore.
All that is left, is a tattered heart
that is nothing but sore.

Sore from heartache.
Sore from constant reminders of you.
And I've decided I can't forget you,
and there's nothing I can do.

So I'm leaving this place
saying goodbye.
I'll love you forever
please dont ask me why.

This is my only choice
this is my only way.
If only things were different
If only I could stay

But l'll see you again
in this life or another.
Just know it was always you
and never any other.
