Leaving Sage Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

Leaving Sage

Pesach now is over,
And today I am leaving Sage,
To return to my home in Bushey,
Where I hope my life to man~age.

Fed and watered over Pesach,
Helped by all the Staff,
I must now look after myself,
With YOUR Aid may my health last.

Plan as I do my Future,
Mishaps do occur,
Why must YOU place stumbling blocks
Before me ~ at my door.

Happy have I been for nine days,
Looked after by all ~ whilst here,
Sage is a happy memory,
Hopefully ~ for Pesach ~ next year?

Will I find benefactors
Who will provide for my stay?
I know YOU will assist me,
And for that I shall constantly pray.
