All of those bills and letters and unanswered emails,
and phone calls, and Birthday cards, and the Boss,
and the neighbors and HIM and HER and the car
and the fees and the store and the new tax and and and...

TAKE A BREATH, and let it out slowly
take another, hold and let it out smoothly

Sit, in stillness and breathe
and let only your breath be your focus

If you can focus on nothing but your breath,
all of that 'stuff' becomes unreal
Let it go for now
and breathe deeply

Right here in this NOW moment
you are not in the painful past
and not in the stress of future

Right now, you are still
and breathing in cool love
and letting out warm love
a breeze that will calm the world

NOW, you are still
and well and comfortable
breathe, in and out
Breathe in the world's twisted love
and let your heart fix it
and exhale pure love

Breathe love
continually
Be LOVE

Stay in the now, one moment at a time
Right NOW in this second all is well
