Let It Be Read Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Let It Be Read

One should not comment on land
From where he earns his bread
Even if he is widely read
But handsomely paid

The land has given refuge
Which may countries refuse?
On the name of local employment
At least America is liberal at present

The world is aware of its Independence
The British crown deported criminals
The Boston tea party s glaring example
People have really struggled

Even though I have not visited that country yet
We should refrain to state
That is feeding most of the countries
And claims patron of liberty

Once article published
Let it be read
By readers
And comments offered
