Let's Get Along Poem by Sandra Feldman

Let's Get Along

If everyone left,
Everyone else alone,
How happy we would be.
Do no harm,
Mind you're own business,
Don't think you're always right,
That it's you're duty,
To convince, with all your might,
And to impose what you consider your fight.
The World will be a better place,
When we respect one another,
And learn how not to infringe,
In other people's individual space.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
One can write about pipe dreams too, even if you know they won't happen.
But maybe, only maybe someone will get the idea.
