Let's Get Sirius Poem by Francesca Johnson

Let's Get Sirius

Rating: 4.4

I await the days when Sirius draws near again,
hanging from Orion's Belt
to delight us with its red hue.
I gaze at the Dog Star,
whose radiance is far greater than the sun
and wonder why it fascinates me so
when there are hundreds
of other stars about.

Get Sirius!

Great poem. By the title i thought that it would be about satellite radio and it's music being belted out tunes by a great poet Tenner, as this poem is an easy tenor. Get it? Tenner and Tenor? Ha! Ha! Ha! Have a great day and God bless all poets and readers alike-MJG.
