Let The Good Times Roll Poem by Justin Gildow

Let The Good Times Roll

Let the good times roll
Let's escape real life for a while
Let's take a moment or two to smile
Let's take a moment or two for
ourselves
The real world has pounded us into
submission this week
And I like the way you raise your hand
and touch my cheek
I like that very much
Feeling your soft touch

The night is ours
So let's go celebrate

Let's hit a casino
Let's play the slot machines
Let's hit the blackjack table
Let's try our hand at the poker table
Whether we win big, strike it rich,
or end up broke
We'll have fun regardless
We'll have fun nonetheless

It's all out there for us
For us to have a ball
All we have to do
Is let the good times roll
And hope for the best
If nothing else
