Letting go is hard to do
Specially when she means so much.
Trying hard to continue living
Makes no sense to me at all.
Of all the things you wish in life,
The hardest thing a man would do
Is to give up the one he loves
And seek refuge on another heart.

Somewhere along the way
A new one might pass by,
Capturing your life's essence
And fill the empty spaces in your heart.
But still you'll look for her -
The portrait painted deep within your soul...
Realizing the agony of letting her go
Once your heart's secrets again unfold.
