Liber Tango Poem by Miroslava Odalovic

Liber Tango

You move like rain
Like drops too cold
Still burning the skin

You’re the sound
Of my heart
Something too fragile
Under my shirt
Beating fading out

You move like days
Summit hidden years
Oblivion scattered
Down the street

You’re the craving of time
Locked behind my door
Something too close
To my walk through it
My feet at war my heart at peace

My hands ever closed
Around your waste
Liber tango you are for me
A Piazzola tear
Rolling down my cheeks

Inspired by Liber Tango Piazzola
