I really loved you,
An appeal posted for a better us,
Conviction,
Charges brought forth,
The way hands touched,
Teased,
Handcuffed in emotion,
Deposition, the many nights my thoughts married the thought of you and I together,
Indictment,
From family, friends,
Motion,
Overruled, by the depth I saw through your actions,
Punishment, if any,
Dont be too long,
Days without your touch,
Months,
Without a word,
Should the jury continue the questioning,
High priced lawyer, empty canisters of water,
Invalid,
From the stand point,
I've always loved you,
One life to the next,
Cross-examination between,
Faith, and belief,
Lying undercover, as the charged crime is innocent,
How should I pled,
If your lips were the one to bare witness,
Under oath,
Mistrial,
Of the emotions that ripple from your heart to mine,
If sentenced,
Would you cry for me
