Liebestraum Poem by RIC BASTASA

Liebestraum

Rating: 5.0

ripples of the clear pond
a white swan
dignified to its own interpretation
of flight

tiny leaves from cypress trees
browning
the earth still so usual to its deep
silence

the last note is played on the piano

a little bird jumps out
from my hair and begins to sing
