Lies, Damned Lies And Great Lies. Poem by Hardik Vaidya

Lies, Damned Lies And Great Lies.

You whispered to my virgin ears,
Innocent love is the only prayer.
When my pitutiary was firing,
Your immense faith assured be honest its your calling.
When my hormones went wild,
Your wisdom told be steadfast she will be your eve in eden child.
I loved only her eyes,
Her breathing, her virgin mind,
Her bloom of youth, her wild divine,
Her past, her present, her future,
In her mine,
And she was lost in calamities of time.
Why did you play games with my smile?
Was there a reason for you to be so innocent and childlike?
Why did you think was I blessed like you?
Was it a rule for her and me to be united as you?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I am quite amazed of the innocent baby food my parents fed me on, and what real life was all about. Perhaps the disconnect of this was so wide I lost the wish to be a parent because I would have repeated the same and would not have wanted my child to be treated as Un sympathetically.
