Life - Poem by Rian Murphy

Play Poem Video

For you there's no light in the dark
No one to help you to win this fight
the call of whch you hark
Nobody there to rid this blight

Then, suddenly, comes a light
someone to help you win the fight
the call of which you hark

They will be there for you forever
When touched by love everybody's a poet
but you must remember who's there for you forever

Poet's Notes about The Poem

No man or woman is worth your tears
and the one who is, won't make you cry

I like this one, it has threads of truth tangled in the line. A good read (Report) Reply
