Life Behind The Scenes Poem by Lehlogonolo Malele

My life is like a movie; you watch and enjoy the beauty I behold, spreading it around like an ocean of disaster.
Well, the truth is;
My life has become a platform for unknown dichotomy between actions and words.
At that time, fear and secrecy flooded the foundation of my life, yet I carried the guts of a fool accepting all mythical measures placed to define my unnoticed inner greatness, which was later called 'life behind the scenes.'

As I grew older, my fears grew bolder;
And as I would name them like growing fears of unleashing my inner greatness,
Fears of leatting me be me in front of a mirror, afraid of the moster I've become.

As I resumed my life I realized it was never paused or stopped.
So I walked in this path of life behind the scenes, left alone in the darkest scene of the movie.
I began to ask, 'am I ready? ',
am I ready to take charge and be affirmative? ..
Am I ready to grow an inner man and refuse unknown prophercies of myself?

And through all the lies, secrecy and fears I bared within my soul,
I took further more steps with tendor and care,
Realizing that the walls of this life were standing taller that what I thought fair

And as I knocked on the door of recovery, eternity and better fruits of life.
I felt these soulful cries on my fist dripping blood to the bottom of my toes.
At that very moment a new man resurrected within me;

He was born with pride and power parrallel to my life behind the scenes.

He reflected my identity perfectly,
he pushed me leading me to break through all boundries of a phony life.
Realizing my god given talents, powers and natural perfection.

Iam the greatest breath on eath,
And my life is not behind the scenes.
