Life Is Too Serious To Be Taken Seriously! Poem by Dee Daffodil

Life Is Too Serious To Be Taken Seriously!

Rating: 5.0

Let the moon kiss my shoulders
The waves kiss my toes
I've waited a lifetime
For someone who knows...

You have to enjoy
What you can, while you can
Life is too short
For an intricate plan

Life is too serious
To be taken that way
So let's enjoy life...
Just for today!

'Let the moon kiss my shoulders/ The waves kiss my toes' is a perfect opening to this charming piece. This one had to be written by Dee Daffodil. Something delightfully Wordsworthian about it - filled with light and playfulness and joie de vivre. love, Allie xxxx

Dee, This is just one silly, seemingly inadequate word, but... ' WOW! ' B.V.A.
