Life Of A Navy Seal (C) 2-15-09

He grew up believing he could protect and serve his nation
When at a military festival he visited every station
For some reason he was compelled to the Navy life
Roam the seas for a year without bein with his wife
It was the place to be as the fliers told the world
And open to whoever mind they swirled
To be apart of a league of men under the water
Was a great thing even to risk not seein his daughter
Despicable his mama said impeccable his daddy read
It was only uphill from there seein he was without street cred
Maybe it was just time to get away and sail the seven seas
So the boy left not concerned with none of his mothers pleas
So he was initiated in the squad but the behind closed doors way
He and his mates would chill inside called the four cores play
His wife was pregnant at home from his last time in his city
It was a little girl but still his captain wasn’t moved by his pity
He had to return to his duty that he had began to regret
But then found his refuge with a nigga in the service he met
But that came to an end when his partner was taken into captivity
He said he was the only one who could keep the cap into me
On top of that there were rumors of a miscarriage and he went beserk
Continued mopin around the vessel and sometimes not showin up for work
And again he started to regret and disagree with the path he chose
And the seal took a thorn to the mouth like a kiss from a rose
They found him dead inside the spot he was last seen in
Now is that the kind of state of mind that you’d want to be in
