Life's Lessons Poem by robert snively

Life's Lessons

Rating: 5.0

Love is a bond stronger then diamond
Once it has taken hold it will stay forever
Finding love can sometimes be misleading
The understanding of thinking your in love can often guide you in the wrong direction
But knowing your in love will guide you exactly where you want to be
A family must rely on each other in times of misfortune
A family must treasure each others gifts
And support each other in there downfalls
Our family has shown love and support of great proportions to help the ones in need
Without family greatness is unachievable
Greatness is learnt by the lessons taught from family
Living life fearless and forgetful of the past
Focusing on the future and living every moment like your last
A lesson taught so well is the lesson of love
Modelling this the way you have has shown us the way in which we should pursue
Pursue the direction of happiness over prosperity
Truth and honesty over simulated affection
And most importantly love over unjust emotion
These lessons have true meaning for a mission of undeceiving
That yearns for the way in which we should live our life
So we follow the path sewn by our own
Which leads us on a journey untouched by strife

Money isn't everything, but happiness and joy, to see a family as strong as a solid rock.Good job Rob.
