Life's Race Poem by Lauren Aaa

Life's Race

The world is a confusing place,
Like all people are running an endless race.

Endlessly, minds change,
They change to thoughts of a wide range.

But people still run this race,
At an unbelievable pace.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I wrote this in 5 minutes, but it has meaning. I started writing poems like this in fifth grade, when I got sent to the school councilor because my teacher thought I was depressed. I laugh about that now. I don't know what part of me my poems come from, but they come!
