Life's Sovereign Waiting

Consider hell's grand delusion
Creation's King on high
Religion causing confusion
Each perplexed soul, who'll die

Living walking dying alone
Wandering lost and blind
Ignorant of Salvation's Throne
And He who loves mankind

Christ Jesus, life's King still living
Through dying on a tree
Arising salvation giving
To sinners such as me

To you! If and when repenting
Seeking salvation's grace
Every lie and truth presenting
Before The Saviour's face

By one's faith and not by reason
Most sinners turn to life
Believing that in due season
Heaven will end all strife

Through the bible, knowing Jesus
Seeing life's truths first hand
Our Father will more than please us
Dwelling His Promised Land

So why continue in conflict?
What turns this world astray?
Causing countless to contradict
Salvation's only Way

Jesus; life's Sovereign waiting
Jesus, God's Lamb once slain
Where many anticipating
Are being born again.....
