Life's Whisper Poem by Van Empasis

Life's Whisper

I leaned and heard him whispering,
I am one with God.
Made from one love of him,
love that made I and him one

My soul is my companion,
He does speaks and beckons me
He watches over my shadows
His lips confusing and trembling

Then in stillness, he sang
Time never devours my love
It's love that devours him
For time kisses my love and
love kisses itself alone

I am immortal since AI was born
Because love can never be buried
And the love of God laid down
Before I saw the light naked

I am prisoner of my immortality
And the tears of sorrows
i unwrapped my own ignorance
And squeezed my only happiness

My eyes mislead my path
then my heart proclaim its weakness
I grasp the hands of my fear
And leaps through the shadow of death

Before all this things, there was God who made me
