When we choose
(Or fate calls us
To) a new life stage
We experience a rebirth

The mind and body that has
Known pain goes through
A healing process each time.

In this learning/healing process
On the planet Earth, rebirth
Does not always happen
Without more pain.

You have to give up
What you know
For what you do not know.
Rest and relaxation can
Bring you peace and love.

In giving up your old ways
The new ways, that you do
Not yet know, will open
You’re heart and mind to
New joy, love and fulfillment.

These are the things that you
Seek when they did not come
With the old ways, on another
Stage of youthful living, so

Balance the self and love
Your body that you may
Walk your pathway with your
Head held high. Namaste 2011
