tell me yours
i'll tell you mine
one story, one step at a time
i could lay here forever and talk to you
about the nonsense and hard times we've been through
we have reached our highest hights
we have reached out lowest lows
tell me all of your dreams
tell me all of your goals
where have you been all my life
the times where i've reached for the knife
you tie up all my wounds
now tell me all about you
you can go on forever
about the craziness you've endeavored
i promise it wouldn't get old
i promise i wouldn't get bored
maybe if you told me about your mental state
somehow someway i could relate
you tell me lines of love
yet i feel that i've fell short of
what i've come to know
i want to know who you are
i don't care about where
i don't care about how far
i'm falling in love with someone
who i'm not sure i should
one thing i know for sure
is that this isn't very good
how do i show her that i'm in this for real
i can't quite grasp everything i feel
in my heart, i know it's true
but does she believe me
or maybe she's decieving
i have to find a way
to show her who i am
maybe soon enough
she realize that i can
