Through gospel light, the world may see
The wonders God has done
His saving grace to you and me
Through Jesus Christ His Son

Local churches had much to tell
Twas hard to make a choice
Then like the woman at the well
I heard Salvation’s voice

To all the world, I now confess
The Lord has made me whole
Through Christ, The King of righteousness
I’ve refuge for my soul

Received by faith The Morning Dew
Baptised in Jesus’ Flame
I’ve drank His blood, I’m born anew
I’ve now a brand new name

By grace of Christ The Father’s Son
Now at my post I stand
Through nought of self, this child has done
The world must understand

Once Satan had me tightly bound
Life’s thistles made me weak
But now I climb to higher ground
When strength in Christ I seek

My fortress, shield, my trusty sword
Through faith in Christ I’ll hide
Secure within my risen Lord
Till all life’s storms subside

Such peace is there for me to find
Beneath my Saviour’s wing
The coils of stress, they soon unwind
When praise in truth I sing…PTO…
