Limerick For Global Banking Poem by Danny Draper

Limerick For Global Banking

Rating: 5.0

When world banks ran amuck with impunity
And shattered global financial security
They were bailed out with vast public treasure
Grand reward for greed and harm in great measure
But because so many poor and innocent lost prosperity
They were duly prosecuted and sentenced to austerity.
