Limerick: There Was An Old Sailor Of Compton - Poem by Edward Lear

There was an Old Sailor of Compton,
Whose vessel a rock it once bump'd on;
The shock was so great,
that it damaged the pate,
Of that singular Sailor of Compton.

Form: Limerick
