Limericks Poem by Mimie Durand

Limericks

Mary, Gary, Sylvester and Pat
they’re rotten little brats
their mother sent them to their room
and threatened them with a broom
so in their bedrooms they sat.

One, two, three and four
life is such a bore
I add and subtract
I’m so exact
so I don’t want to count anymore.

suggested touch-ups for a better limerick Mary, Gary, Sylvester and Pat they’re rotten little brats (Are rotten brats... be sure of that) their mother sent them to their room (Sent by Mom to their room) and threatened them with a broom (With the threat of a broom) so in their bedrooms they sat.(In their bedrooms they sullenly sat) One, two, three and four(One and two and three and four) life is such a bore(Life is such a ruddy bore) I add and subtract I’m so exact (I am so exact) so I don’t want to count anymore.
