He knows they worry about him
But really he just doesn’t care anymore
Doesn’t care about the scared looks
That they show when they speak
And he doesn’t answer
For he has no desire to talk
At least not anymore
And though he doesn’t know why
He doesn’t care
As he’s been slowly drifting
Slipping into his own world
And in that place,
Speech seems unnecessary
And really, he just doesn’t want to talk
He simply wants to listen
