listen not
the chimes of the coins
on the palms of the rich
listen to the whisper
of the gentle breeze
singing praises for the Lord...
Hear not the shouts
on the hot streets
but hear the aching voice
of the doves in the wilderness
crying for peace..
yes listen for the beatings of the heart
crying out for love
hear the wailing of the souls
in search for the Kingdom of God..
