Little Heaven Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Little Heaven

Rating: 5.0

I remember her from school days
She used to block my ways
Tease and provoke over my dress
Her intention was to bring irritation on face

I used to remain calm and peaceful
I knew it and gave no excuse for her to be successful
Even though her approach was innocent
She was unique as if heavenly sent

I have grown fully and now look handsome
She too has come up with flavor and blossom
It makes me happy to be in jovial mood
It is all natural sign to feel always good

If I was told to paint her
I could not have done easily better
She used to smile like flower
With red petals opening up slower

I used to watch her keenly
She was pleased too and felt happily
I felt immense pleasure
But did not let to know or allowed her

She had all the colors of rainbow
As if plant had every right to grow
To come up with natural beauty
And be blessed always by the almighty

She is my soul for all practical thinking
Little absence of her makes me sinking
“I am half complete” I feel ashamed
The little heaven on earth is already formed
