Little Lies, And Demons Poem by Katheryn Foley

Little Lies, And Demons

Our hands are covered with the blood we shed,

Our minds are filled with thoughts of the consequences,

The fear tells us little lies that make us feel unsatisfied,

These words inside our head are no more than a cry for help,

An escape of the guilt and shame of this crime,

The evidence is destroyed but the boiling blood still flows inside your veins,

Come on in tell me of your secrets,

Unfold the anger you felt for so long,

Let it go, let it out, let it flow about,

Don't hide away the danger stays but your conscience will be satisfied,

This murderous act haunting your dreams,

The stornm of feelings you are tearing you worn,

Come out from the dark we see the signs of your attack,

Just stay with me for this time don't slip away again,

Just stop before you hurt again.
