Little Mortal Mina Poem by lucinda nightsilver

Little Mortal Mina

Little mortal mina
why so chrushed?
you look so timid your will shushed.
talk to this immortal I call myself lucinda.
you're strange to me mina why live on as you do?
why do you suffer why do you hurt?
I wonder what it is about that man that makes you pursue.
you are a beautiful being of light so why fall for darkness were the shadows you're so afraid of lurk?
little mortal mina your fire is flickering out.
do I morn a little mortal? yes.
soon you will pass away as all natural things do
leaving me to stand here mourning and hating you.
and when you do go to rest I will still be confused about you there is no doubt.
I love you little mortal mina and envy you as well.
for you are brave enough to love him knowing you'll pass away and eventually fade leaving him behind to only remember you wanting you waiting for you come heaven or hell.
