Little Old Lady Poem by chas garcia

Little Old Lady

Catching everyone's eye, with a precious sigh,
especially the children, so innocent and shy.
You have such a charming manner.
always with a smile, a loving hug, doesn't matter,
you're a perfect picture in our eyes.
your hair silvery gray, sometimes white,
A housedress lots of lacing, always nice.
Braided bun, stickpins, holds in place.
Sweet and shy always a smile upon your face.
You remind me of all Grandmas,
Resting peacefully in grace.
