Living With A Broken Heart Poem by Brandon McConnell

Living With A Broken Heart

Living with a broken heart
Breathing while I'm torn apart
Revival of my spirit grant
Life moves on but I just can't

Present thoughts of future plots
And spots, and shots, and aughts of lots
And dreams of one day making taught
And tying tight that lovely knot

But here I'm stuck at least for now
No chance for love, or ring, or vow
Perhaps one day we'll find our way
So until then, in hope I stay

To wait, for all, that someday will be yours...the sweet reward to mend your broken heart. Such truth arises from your well crafted poem. PEACE...and always keep your thoughts pointed in the direction of love.
