Lonely Garden Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Lonely Garden

Yellow roses are blooming so sweetly
In a beautiful garden ~ where nobody goes!
No smiling eyes to admire the beauty.
Of this special garden, nobody knows.

Just three little songbirds are winging
High over the treetops of June...
Kind rose petals thank them for singing
A continuous heavenly summertime tune.
