Look at all the blood we spill
look at all the dying
everything that we kill
what is it all for
seems everybody wants something
and still they take more

Look at all the hearts bleeding
cold turning to steel
losing sight of what is real
numb and no one can feel
nobody wants to face facts anymore
so we just leave this world burning
and show cause for all we're destroying

Look at all the hate we're showing
the way it was so many times before
and nobody here wants to see
so this black hole we fill
and say it's God's will
that it's the sign of the times
as the final bell chimes

Look at all the children crying
cries that can't take no more
this is what we leave for their reality
a world left in poverty
where the rich live in prosperity
while the poor are left hungry
as they say it's what is meant to be
