Look Into My Eyes And You Will See
</>Look into my eyes and you will see
hurt, pain, and the broken heart within.
You will see
the broken spirit, dreams, and all believes has vanished away.
Look into my eyes and you will find
that this girl used to believe in miracles.
She believed dreams and wishes could come true,
if you wished hard enough and strongly believed in them.
But you will also see
that the world took all that away.
Look deeper into my eyes and you will see
that this girl is screaming out for help,
and nobody can hear her, nobody knows.
She has so much love to give
but is scared of rejection and hurt.
She has dreams she wants to accomplish
but doesn't know how.
She wants so much more out of life.
Look into my eyes and you will see
that this girl has been pushed around
for far too long.
As if she has been put on this earth
just to please everyone else.
But what about her, what about what she wants
her dreams and her needs.
Is she not suppose to be happy too.
Look into my eyes and you will see
that this girl wants more than just
diamonds, materialism, fancy cars, and big houses.
She wants so much more than money can buy her.
She wants love, true and real love,
passionate romance, long walks on the beach,
passionate kisses under the moonlit sky,
and late night conversations about anything.
She wants freedom
She wants to follow her heart's desire.
Look into my eyes and you will see
that her heart is way deeper than the ocean,
all the seas, and the universe.
Its way deeper than you could possibly imagine.
Her heart longs for so much more.
Look into my eyes and you will see...
Wow! Excellent and powerful write that clearly gives you away! I can vividly feel your emotions and also feel your pain! I wen through that torturous situation some time ago but I was brave enough to break away! Like I said in my poem: In Pursuit of Happiness, ' I learned the hard and painful ways that where there is an ending there is a new beginning and what I thought was a great loss, it turned out to be a blessing from the sky!
