Loosing A Friend Poem by Victoria Korobochka

Loosing A Friend

You were once all there for me,
And I was there for you.
But there are moments in life
When close things get dragged apart.
Some one of us have poems,
Others have a gift,
But all of us have memories,
Memories of our BFF's.
Whether it's a gift, feeling or a memory,
We promisse to treasure it for life.
But not being near each other,
Fades everything away.
We may promisse to write,
We may say we're best friends forever,
But once the lyrics are erased,
The song isn't the same!
Some of us forget,
And try to move on with our lives,
But I just keep praying
For the memories to come alive...
